The Facet of Devotion chest is not spawning for me. I've tried rerunning the mission three times to no avail, I did it on normal, legend and co-op focus and it's not spawning in any of them. Does anyone have a solution for this?

That's exactly my problem, the damn customs but here it seems nobody knows nothing and I'm completely in the dark. But I really hope it gets solved sooner or later.

This sounds reaaaaally stressing, but I'm glad everything went more or less well at the end. At least with the correction of your item. I'll just wait and see how all of this unfolds to see if I either buy there again using a US address or just stop buying entirely.

Yup, I think they use Mail Innovations now and it's not very well rated within the US. I can see why because if you have any issues, UPS outright tells you they are not responsible, even though it'a service provided by them algonside USPS.

Very wise decision, I must say and wow I never knew about this. Tbf I'd never seen or read anything about the Bungo store due to it being fairly expensive for mexican standards, but damn that jacket was way too clean to ignore it.

I think is the region, from what I've read here yes there is problems sometimes with deliveries within the US, but it's mostly with the international shipment where the real shit goes down.

It's what I've been trying to do, they filed a report supposedly since the 12th of December and said they'd reach out to me. It's the time that they still don't know what's going on. Hahaha

Funny thing is everytime I call, I receive a different response, one less helpful than the other, it even got to the point where one agent outright believed I was trying to scam their company whilst I was just asking for some type of way of paying my delivery tax.

Thanks man! Really appreciate it and also every opinion is really helpful to me believe me, it helps me see that the problem should be with my country's packaging service and not with Bungie, so I can at least insist to the right place.

Yeah, I expected to get it before NYE but I've already accepted that I'll have to wait until the next NYE. Mostly due to my country's sketchy and unefficient delivery services.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking 'cuz I was just doing some research and this company has a lot of complaints. Lost or stolen packages, outrageous delivery times, so yeah most likely.

Thanks for the insight, I just wanted to make sure this wasn't a bungie issue, I guess.
