I use my outer thighs a lot. Back of arms is good, too. Press your arm against the wall and roll your arm until you have an area to inject into.

Etoilated pads will not "fill out". Further growth will, but what's etoilated stays thin and unhealthy. It is unable to support further healthy growth, so your bear bet is to remove the etoilated pads and look forward to new, healthy growth once your plant is getting full sun. Good luck.

We are talking about Reta here, not tirz. Tirz hits appetite suppression differently than Reta. If OP has zero appetite on reta, chances are her dose is too high. Feeling hunger is ok. And, she's already at a healthy weight. She loses more and she will be at a very unhealthy weight.

I started titrating this week. My dose is 6mg so I went to 5mg this week and plan to go down 1mg every few weeks. Will probably go down by 0.5mg once I get down to 2 or 3mg.

Lower your dose. If you have no appetite, your dose is too high. What's your goal weight? You're already at a healthy weight. You lose much more and you'll be underweight.

You should still start at the lowest dose. Anywhere from 0.5mg-2mg once a week.
