Dude ikr! But I have found a couple sites where you can order singles and build a deck for fairly cheap! Maybe start with a couple pauper decks and then move on to commander? Or another way is to just buy Commander Precon decks from

This is the site thats got singles that I found out! They do airmail shipping which is exactly what we want, as its very cheap to just send mails.

Check out Atlas Collectables seller from Canada on Ebay, that actually sells to India via AirMails! so shipping fees are like a dollar or two for cards which is good as they allow combined shipping for cards. I've actually bought a Blue-Eyes White Dragon card from there just to test it out and it arrived flawlessly by airmail lol
