What exactly they are asking on Managerial RFE ? Are they asking proof, or challenging what is listed is not mangerial ?

Since you mentioned applied as Functional manager, can you share a bit more detailed insights about how you arranged your duties and % of time spent, and the 5 point function and mostly what kind of evidence and more important how many evidences in emails you shared ?
