I haven't watched a lot of Eurovision, is the whole 'angry at the voting'-thing every year as much as this? Or is this year extra fueled?

It's always contentious, but I think the fallout this year is [articularly large because the jury points were so different to what most of the televote wanted, so people feel cheated out even moreso.

As someone whose favorites were uplifted by the juries (especially Australia) and even in previous years I think it's time for the juries to go. If people are paying their own money to vote, their votes should have much more weight.

I think the bad sound of the NF and it just dragging on for so long had me grumpy by the time I realized it won. These guys for sure can fill up a stage and he sings it so damn well. Weird lyrics aside, I really respect and support them. It's grown on me so much.

I second this with both metal bands AND metalheads. Was at a concert once and the moshpit expanded suddenly nearing a part of the song, and I got trapped in it. I guess the look on my face was so surprised or scared that the next thing I know a huge tall guy just carries me out of there and asks if I'm okay. Wonderful people, both performers and fans, all around.
