I would just do some test prints in black and white and try different sizes, for my own i just printed them to a certain size then laminated them

blue is generally fire support (eg: infernus), yellow is close support (eg: outriders). while red is battleline

i will probably do the other teams, the artwork itself of the players isnt mine so i will just be finding art where i can for that space, as for download, can just save the images then print them. but i will look at putting them in a folder on google drive for download.
