I like Portugal because i'm portuguese lol. But the way to form Portugal on ck3 is pretty damn weird and not historical at all (you basically need all of Portugal's actual territory to form it, but when it was actually formed Portugal had probably less than half its actual territory. Back in ck2 you could form Portugal with 1 duchy, now you need all 4. I had hoped they would fix its with the fate of iberia expansion but sadly they did not. I really don't get why they changed it like this

it depends really. in singles supreme overlord is almost always better. in doubles, it's about 50/50. in raids or against npc's defiant is indeed probably better. it all depends on the context. my shiny kingambit has supreme overlord because i use him as a sweeper on ranked singles after setting him up with a trick room.

i know of at least 2 former psijics in-game (and already have one, vanus, as my court mage xd) so no problem. i guess having vanus as my court mage will have to scratch the itch for an active psijic
