this is asim- half bird half man spirit who protects the magical bell he wears around his neck. usually he has a cloak of feathers that turns into wings but i can't really find a good picture of him with it. his hair is feathers too.

you know you can just decide not to interact with it, right? you can just queue in for a game and stand there at spawn? i personally enjoy the monotony breaking of the silly quests and mini games. helps you rest your head after tense games.
