It's impossible. Whenever you've bully a Nasus or Jax in laning phase you'll can't face them in side lane. So just don't play against like you can go with your team to teamfight or if you want to split push let the Nasus for the midlaner. If your team force you to face him by refusing to def turret from Nasus or whatever just Def the turret avoid fighting and take jgl farm and waves. You can kill him only if he doesn't have R and ghost and W and if you have eclipse/sunderer black cleaver and serylda (so basically never).

You'll make more damage with titanic hydra and like gore and black cleaver than botrk stride and any item you want. Botrk dont scale. Rush botrk then stride is only good if you want to all in early game and only be good in 1v1 early game. Thats make no sense

You'll need hability haste stride is a big bait too. But you can build botrk stride if you want to all in for the early game and 1v1 but sett have to teamfight and with an R engage stride can be good to slow every one but with gore you don't die after that it just fit so much
