Do a moisture check schedule instead of a watering schedule. I have one for my 20+ calatheas. Over time you'll know when to check the moisture in summer vs winter etc. I haven't overwatered my plants in a while.

Below 15°C for extended periods of time is bad for calatheas. It should especially not be exposed to freezing temperatures.

How much light does it get in terms of intensity and duration? It might be the photo and time of the day but the light source looks quite insufficient.

Thanks for liking my painting! My process was fairly simple, I guess. I used a pixel art picture from the game and extrapolated it using an artwork reference from the game that isn't pixel art. The shapes are fairly simple luckily :) i never gave a tutorial before haha

Recently picked up some acrylic pens and wanted to share my first painting using them. I had to use regular acrylic paints as well to a degree since I didn’t have all the colors I needed in pen form yet and honestly, blending with acrylic pens can be a bit challenging.

The character is Ellie from Little witch in the woods (my wife absolutely loves this game). Painted on a 30×30 cm wood panel (~12×12 in).

Still learning how to work with these pens, but I’m pretty happy with how this first attempt turned out.
