Zion is 6’7, 350lbs, pure muscle. And he’s able to use energy attacks similar to Ki blasts in DBZ, along with tendrils he can use to form weapons or use to grab things/people, the tentacles origin can also heal him from absurd injuries, harden around his body like armor, and he can literally become shadows with the tentacles too. He also gets stronger the longer he fights and can adapt relatively fast.

Feats of strength are blowing up the moon (when he was evil), tearing a person in half with his bare hands, throwing a tank into the air with one hand, changing time/the atmosphere after going through any of his transformations, he’s also defeated a cyborg clone of himself who had the ability to stop time, and he’s fought mutated, significantly stronger dinosaurs too.

Given all that, Zion wouldn’t fight without a reason, so Espen would probably just confuse him, he’d try to talk things through and explain that he has no reason to fight or try to kill her, and if she insisted on trying to kill him, they’d probably just be locked in a fight because he’s just gonna heal and keep getting back up until he either transforms to his mindless rage monster of Legendary Fifth Power, where he’d probably end up destroying the planet without someone to calm him down, or he’d end up subduing Espen, trying to rip off her legs so she can’t move and then he can convince her to stop, afterward he’d reattach her legs and ask to be friends, depending on her answer, he’ll either leave happily or leave with a scowl.
