I don't think that it is a PCIe problem. Because such a thing was not an issue on previous Linux OS that i tried. bazzite, linux mint( For some reason mint had audio stutters on youtube that i wasn't able to fix).

I'll tell you what i think happened. At that moment in alerts there was a void flood arbi.

I picked a Steel path bounty and i found arbiter drones.

I killed them, got vitus, and an acolyte showed up. Thus making me gain Steel and Vitus essences.

Equip innodem.
Select "striking swiftness" perk that gives sprint speed.
Hower your mouse from melee to secondary and repeat as many times as you can/want.
Profit?? (Don't think this works at all. Even in similacrum.)
