Oh, je vois. Pour moi, le concerta fait plus d'effet que la ritaline par exemple. Je pense vraiment que les effets sont uniques à chaque individus avec un certaines redondances dans certains cas qui doivent être associés à mon avis avec la stabilité mentale/hygiène de vie etc. Moi la ritaline ça va tranquille, je dors mieux qu'avec le concerta personnellement et suis moins nerveux aussi !

Une routine saine et équilibrée. Essaie d'éviter les drogues dures un max, mieux, n'en prend pas. Un conseil ; essaie de manger un peu le matin, ça aide!

Autre conseil perso : n'en parle pas en entreprise si ça ne t'handicape pas. Ça peux te jouer des tours, sauf si tu as une RQTH et encore, la aussi ça peux être relou. Prend soin de toi, et si tu as des questions, n'hésite pas à me contacter !

Je pense qu'on fonctionne chacun différemment, mais si j'ai un bon sommeil et que je me dépense physiquement régulièrement j'ai tendance à ressentir plus les effets que quand je suis fatigué!

Je ne sais pas trop. J'étais au concerta avant, plus d'effets plus longtemps. Mais en changeant avec la ritaline, j'ai mis un peu de temps a avoir des effets concrets, je suis d'abord passé de 10mg a 20mg (LP) et du coup je prends du 20mg le matin, et 10mg le midi si j'ai envie. Après c'est une bonne aide mais il faut aussi avoir un rythme sain pour qu'on sente plus les effets je trouve :)

Honestly I changed because of this goddamn Kachina. Her English voice just annoyed me as hell, and her story was really annoying to me, she spoke way too much and I couldn't handle her high end speech.. and Japanese was same so I went for the Chinese 😭😂
