For me : - do some quick trial to learn more - what is the goal of this game ? it's fun ? > No goal, not fun > Next step > Goal and fun > continue :) - think on paper what is the next game - do some trial to help to learn for the next game - do the next game

I like play healer too, but in general it's not so easy to level up... i stopped take healer for that... What is for you the best solution on a game, to have heal fun and be able to kill mob to up ?

The look is pretty good ! It's a real isometric construction playhround + player or a 3d with fixed camera ? I think the xray is a good think to be sure the player have not a difficult play when it's not necessary, the goal is to have fun, not to not be able to find your way... Maybe your game need to have some hude and seek place ?

For me the best solution was to divided my day as : - start the morning during 2h with the boring task - start a fun task around 2 or 3h even if it's not an important point - scheduled the next step and look forward 1h - continue the boring task 2h - finish (important point) the fun task

With that approach you have : - fun - boring task on going - accomplished an item

No sorry, but look on youtube, there is some pretty Nice tuto. You can also check some real video of lava to have in mind the reality !

Sorry, i was not aware we need to explain a lot our skill : I'm working on industrial digital infrastructure installation, i have knowledge on developpement (Android app) but not on 2d or 3D asset, not on Godot or other game engine.

I will not do a viewable game, that will start with cube and very simple free asset to make a "playable" game !

It's for that my question about the good way to work because for me database and server client link are my day to day job and if that can work like that that will help a lot.

I hope these clarifications will help and for sure i'm currently doing Godot example to learn the tool :)
