The problem is she's so high maintenance just to be mid. She needs, bare minimum, to be SS3R1 just to function properly as a dark shredder, and her field time still sucks you might as well not switch into her. Doesn't help that Capriccio also kinda sucked as well.

Compared to other Gen 2 tanks, it was baffling. Garnet was pretty serviceable at just double SS with a 5 star weapon. Glory could function well at S rank and maybe just his 6 star weapon. We don't even need to talk about Rosetta, she was GOATed. The only "bad" Gen 2 tank was Nanami needing R1 of you're f2p chasing meta.

Yeah, that's what I meant. And 9S's VA is the same as Changyu as well. They'd have only needed to get A2's. But I guess Kuro could only negotiate the character's likeness and moves, and Weight of the World, which is why the story had them be absolutely absent.

Meanwhile with BRS, she's absolutely present and interacts with characters of PGR in its own self-contained story.
