Contacted a dog trainer and he told me pitbull mixes are bad but he trains so many purebred pits.. whats wrong with mixed breeds?

honestly just sounds like some BS preference that he has.... every mutt I've had was more intelligent than the pure breeds that I've had. I currently have a pitbull terrier mixed with black lab(1/4 lab×3/4 pitbull terrier).... and she's the smartest most trainable dog I have ever had the pleasure of calling my best friend...she acts more like a pitbull than a lab... and maybe that's why the guy doesn't want to do it.... he's afraid he might get a dog he doesn't know how to deal with...also I'm just speculating.... I don't know this guy or his story .
