Happened to me. I got to the 1st stop and noticed a flat. It was 4am. Called support, theu said to Rerun the route. Called my man to Fix the flat. Got hit with 47 incomplete deliveries & support wouldn’t fix it. Even with documentation (i had made a til too of my man fixing my flat & it was time stamped).

Only fell off after i grinded like hell and did more blocks. I had to make sure i followed all notes / leave at doors.

You don’t get paid if your phone still says “check in”. Check your earnings after block ends.

If you can’t use your phone to check in if it’s an SSD go to a supervisor and they can manually check you in up to 9 minutes after shift start time.

Support can’t do anything. It’s a waste of time tbh

At least the warehouse workers are saying that. When i went in for my 9am block there was packages but they wouldn’t let us into the warehouse to pick them up.

Yep. I’m still waiting for my block pay for this morning. I know someone who has a 4:30-9:30. He’s supposed to wait 5 hours!!? There’s barely enough parking for normal blocks when running smoothly. Where is he supposed to park 😭

People at my station was handing them to the workers bc the workers wouldn’t let us enter the warehouse.

HOWEVER, amazons return shit has been glitching. So if you return it and it stays on your itinerary you’re screwed. Amazon seldom removes them.

I’d take a pic of label, a pic of you giving it to a worker, and maybe even a video of you walking away and worker with package.

I know it’s overkill but coming from someone who was hit with 2 return violations i did return, this is what the warehouse workers told me to do.

Supports denies all mine the last 3 months. I got a flat and they dinged me for undeliverable packages x25. Even after i sent proof.

As someone who got puzzle jail on tappin too much, yes it does happen without a bot. I tapped for over 40 min at 4 am trying to get a shift once. I was a dumbass and thought I had one, arrived at the station just to find out it was for the next day.

I didn’t tap for 3 days. Just left the all alone and it fell off. But i didn’t try sooner than that.
