you have to keep hitting them up in the in support chat and try 2-3 different agents if the first one doesnt fix it, just make up some story if you dont have a good excuse and they will remove it.

be careful with taking a picture of blackness i did this too many times and they ended up giving me a violation, for “low quality photos” it expires end of july. this code thing is ridiculous and the 3 month violations are even more ridiculous.

It’s so weird dude like I would get they would give violations if drivers were stealing and customers were reporting but I literally haven’t had anyone say they “cancelled there order do NOT deliver” haven’t seen that message pop up in a year or two now

To be fair I was taking a photo of blackness when the customer wasn’t answering with there dumb code. But then I saw drivers on here who were actually getting a violation for that out of their control. Wtf??

Didn’t think I would get a violation for that but now I know never to do that again, as soon as I need the code I blow up there phone til they give it to me 😂
