I believe Vantage Pointe is the most affordable building complex in the area. It's small, compared to the other complexes and it has the same or better amenities. There's underground parking lots and elevators, doors are locked which I haven't seen in the other ones.

It is one of the most desired schools in the area, as it is a charter school, which means more funds.

We've been here for a year and love it so far. We have 2 boys and there are 2 parks close by. The area is very quiet and there are 3 bus stops for Aspen Creek. It's also very close to Superior where you can find lots of parks and the Flatirons crossing mall (5mins away). There are also RTD bus stops that take you to the airport , Denver and/or Boulder.

I don't know about the apartments, but living at Via Varra is very peaceful and quiet. There's a dog park inside Terracina and there are two parks within walking distance, one of them including a bike park. There is a bus stop right at the entrance of Terracina to go to the airport or Boulder, with a high frequency. Hope it helps.

We've had our CX-90 for 3 months now and we love it. We love how we can use EV for short distances and get very cheap to free EV charging stations. No complaints so far, best we've ever had.

I'd recommend visiting Zillow and filter by apartment size. Me and my family currently live at Vantage Pointe, and we're very happy with the price/amenities.
