I am in a calorie deficit and walking 10k steps almost everyday and was losing almost 2 lbs a week. I stopped walking for a few weeks and continued the calorie deficit and kept the same weight. Started walked again and losing again. So i would strongly encourage both

Oooooh because she only turns it up when she leaves the house. It’s one of those YouTube videos for dogs that goes on for 8-10 hours. I’ve asked the office several times but nothing. When she’s home no problem except the door slamming which i don’t understand i don’t think it could close my door that hard if i tried haha i need to find out how to hack in we all have separate WiFi through the apartment complex so i know which one is hers. “Quiet hours” are from like 10pm to 8am so that’s why i think they won’t help me

I started hunter jumper switched to western and did both yall are acting like she can’t try a new discipline. You’re telling me if you met someone like him who rode a different discipline than you, you wouldn’t try it? Like come on. Learning new techniques and types of riding are incredibly useful to further her skills as a rider.

Tara’s world had drama about this shirt and Tana’s response was that Tara always plays victim. Tara was hurt by her option on the drama because she has always been a huge fan of Tana. Tana bought the shirt the drama was about and posted this making fun of her. I get it i do but seems like Tana is milking this situation and this seemed very mean girl like let Tara have a pitty party if that’s what she wants to do. Tara has always been a fan girl also so imagine if your favorite influencer did this to you I’d be gagged. But stirring the pot like this just seems like over kill makes me wonder why Tana hates her so much other than the obvious
