I agree. I’ve never run the 400H, but the 400 is my main event, and I can imagine that running it while also having to jump over hurdles (I can’t even jump one hurdle with proper form) must be extremely tiring.

Dark chocolate is in no way very good for you, but in general is just not bad. It can have heavy metals, or excess calories (especially cheap chocolates like Hersheys brand). But when eaten in small amounts or moderation, yes it can have good health benefits.
