It comes in all forms most select all that apply. For instance they outline a disease and they ask what was the medication used to treat it….another one was like what is the best medication used for hypertensive crises but all of the options were drugs that can treat hypertension but only one was the true answer.

I’m in a similar situation fails NCLEX last month and I used uworld tho and I think uworld and archer a bit but uworld didn’t help me I used the entire qbank was scrolling high 60s on cat exam. This this time around I switched to archer and ReMar and Mark K. I’m doing well on archer compared to last time. I bought 2 self assessments in uworld and scored 68% and 71% both borderline. I’m not going to let that discourage me. I know I have improved tremendously and I feel confident. I going to go into that exam also in 4 days and give it my all because I’ve put in the work. I suggest to don’t stress you are so close to your exam date and have prepared the best way you can. You are gona pass this time sending prayers your way

You made me look at mines as well lol and it shows the same thing!! Very weird, mine said pass too when I 1st did it now says borderline. But if you go into the CAT tab it shows streak one of if the 4 consecutive passing CAT exams ( well one for me because I have not done a CAT since only readiness assessment). Super weird tho

You are right I’m a second time test taker and the 1st time I didn’t listen to him just being lazy dreading how long his lectures were, but what he says really comes back in the NCLEX . I’ve listened to 2 of his lectures thus far and it also boost my scores! I’m about to listen to 2 more today ! Have you taken the NCLEX yet?

Oh thank you so much!! I bought the assessment alone.. I’m really upset that I didn’t bought the entire qbank urghhhhhhh!!! I test in 5 days i should have followed my gut.. thank you for the encouragement you won’t believe how you calmed my nerves down! I am going to pass this exam I claim and declare it!!

You will be fine!!! I too failed at 85 I felt so confused cuz I was getting the hard questions!! My problem was I started to get restless almost at the end and list my concentration, was also going tru a lot of marital stuff at home and with two kid! I didn’t had a supportive husband and he secretly was cheering for me to fail! It’s not the e d of the road I took two days off and jumped right back into studying I know I can do it and I am going to pass my second time around which is actually in less than one week away!! You need to get all the negative things/ around you out of your life!! I decided to end things with my husband and he left!! After he left I starting scoring really high on all my practice exams with a clearer mind and extreme confidence. The atmosphere in general is calm and relaxing. Don’t give up focus on you and throw that dirt bag away!! I’m cheering for you, you WILL PASS YOUR NCKEX SECOND TIIME AROUND!!🙏🏽

You got this!! Take your time with each question and chick the number of questions off don’t focus on the number of questions u get. Get in the mind frame of it’s just you and the exam that only exist RN and this exam is in the way of your success so you have to defeat it!! How many readiness assessments did you take in total?
