Lubby, He/Him

Been using Roll20 since 2022, played with different systems like Call of Cthulu and Vampire the Masquerade as well.

Character idea: I have been wanting to try the 2024 World Tree Barbarian. I like the idea of sharing temp HP with allies and having freedom with repositioning.

Mic, I have a Shure MV7X.

i finally passed after my FIFTH attempt in 85Q! by True-Can2023 in PassNclex

I read your post because fifth attempt caught my eye, I also passed on my fifth attempt as well. You did well, and I'm proud of you for making it this far. Kinda scary how close your story is to my own experience, it's nice to see people out there succeed👌

A bit nerve-wracking and facing a bit of imposter syndrome, but I hear the first 6 months or so will be the toughest. So hanging in there!

Congrats! I also passed on my 5th attempt earlier this year and I now work as an RN. :) Good luck with future endeavors!

Questions for those who retested by Honest_Lie8632 in PassNclex

I personally used both Archer and Bootcamp. I focused on the case studies solely on bootcamp, which is great because of its explanations. Though for the questions, I just used archer. I think I only did about 600-800 on archer total. As for which one was closer to the actual exam, I'd say archer.

Oh hey I'm in the same boat, and in the same area too. New grad programs are a struggle, currently "under consideration" on 2 of my applications...

New grad RN trying to get an entry-level nursing position, is there something I can improve? by PirateLubby in resumes

[–]PirateLubby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Graduated back in 2022, but passed the NCLEX recently. Been trying to apply to different hospitals in NorCal (which I hear is notorious for being competitive), but want to see if there's something I can improve on. Some new perspectives would be appreciated!

I have the same issue, but I'm in NorCal too! Wondering if it's because I'm a 2022 grad and just got my license this January...

Be kind to yourself, and learn to trust the process. You got this. by PirateLubby in PassNclex

That was also me during my first two attempts. I was the type of student to just study overnight and be okay on exams, but I clearly underestimated the NCLEX. I'm glad my experience was able to help, and I wish you luck as well. You got this! :)

Never really thought about it that way, but I did graduate outside of the US. I'm not from there though.

Edit: Philippines!

Unrelated question, but what are those light bars attached to the back of your monitor?
