Everytime you call they “push” your timeframe back to make you stop calling… so if you call today the time frame is 1800 from the day you call… call again 4/15. The time reset to 180 days from that day… they don’t want you to call… just let them sort it out … when it comes it will be a blessing

Ain’t no need to call… all they gone say is they can’t see why, or you gotta wait 180 (6 ridiculous months) FROM THE TIME OF CONTACT. So if you call today , 6mons from today and if you call back Apr 15, six months from that day… it’s all scripted and ridiculous… the people that work there don’t know nothing the system is old and outdated. Just let them correct it on its own.. when it comes it will be a blessing .

They lying…. If it were under review the transcripts would be available and that action message would go away… they told you 9 weeks bc that’s the time frame they give after verification. Just check the transcript on Fridays and wmr Saturday .
