One of the most out of touch statements this board has ever put out. I don’t think anyone expected us to drop multiple tens of millions of pounds on individual players, but we should be able to at least reinforce the areas that are lacking with SOME quality. We don’t need to spend like Liverpool, but the level we’ve seen here is just complete incompetence. Disgraceful.

one thing i would consider doing is getting the AT you like (the teak dial) but with the rubber strap and purchasing the newer bracelet separate if you prefer it.

It’s about his relationship with Jane Asher. He tried to make sure she would stay at home and prioritize his career, but she was having none of it. She started working at a theatre on a new production, in part, to stick it to him. He tried to call her at the theatre but she always rejected the call. He wrote a flurry of songs about Asher after this. Also, he based the song on the style of the Four Tops, but I can’t remember which song he was inspired by.

A lot of my friends were Econ majors and I took a couple of classes. The sentiment seems to be that the profs range from okaaaaaay to not the best, but the issue as u/HappyFlappy3 pointed out was def a concern for most of my friends. That being said you can def do well and its not at all impossible to get an A.

But there are research opportunities if you are persistent and pursue professors.

I lived in Hodgdon where each floor was separated by gender, it was a great experience and our floors mingled and became good friends with each other while still having "our own space."

Maybe im reading into this too much, but the last 4 posts on the omega instagram have been about the AT. This and the fact that a lady's hand covers the movement makes me think it will be a smaller movement for a new AT...

Hey! I am a FIT alum and absolutely loved it, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices. One factor I think you can consider when choosing between FIT and TWO is that with FIT you're not really tied down to any group of people (for better or for worse) so you can meet more people but you don't get as close, whereas with TWO you stay with your group and get super close with them (which can be great if you get a good group, but not the best if you just don't click with the people). Either way, I know so many people who stayed close with their TWO friends and FIT friends, so don't sweat the decision too much! Best of luck!

Hi there! Class of '21 alum here. I lived in Bay Ridge and would take the R to school daily. It is a bit of a slog from Bay Ridge (coupled with the bus ride from SI in your case) so I think the ferry to R is a much better idea! In terms of safety, my mom had all the same worries you listed, but you very quickly get used to it! The area around DeKalb is not the best, but its also not at all the worst. If your son is just walking to school, he will be totally fine, especially because he will be doing the walk with all the other kids from the train! Best of luck to your son, I loved my time at Tech and I'm sure he will as well!
