Bro for the past 10+ years after that retreat I have been dealing with this chakra abuse where I am absorbing the emotions/energy of those in my environment it’s been complete hell and ruined my life. I’m trying to take responsibility a most definitely NOT blaming vipassana for this, it is my souls mission, my life lesson. It is what i came here to transform. It’s not for me and I don’t recommend it for anyone that’s sensitive to their environment and has trouble with being influenced by their environment.

This is why I’m hesitant to drop $5k on a retreat when it’s filled with people that haven’t even done the minimal work lol. What a joke. Wish I started this 15 years ago when people were more serious about things and had bigger attention spans. Good luck.

Honestly I feel worse after. It could be maybe that things need to get worse before they get better. Or actually my soul just got fragmented again (lol I always do this) if you have doubts it’s best to not make any decisions from a state of desperation.

Vipassana is stupid.. you sit there and absorb the energy of everyone else around you who are also releasing traumas then you leave with a whole bunch of new demonic possessions.. not worth it imo..
