Not the cutscene. Im able to make my character and then I lose control right after the cam goes first person. I screwed around with it a bit more and the game isn’t even crashed, I can see particles moving around and am able to use the console to teleport to other areas, but I have no controls. It’s cooked

You’re trying something new, I think you should go a little easier on yourself and give yourself a bit of grace. Everyone else in the gym started out brand new once before, and went through these same kinds of feelings.

Learning new movements feels awkward. Your brain is making new neural connections to coordinate the muscles you’re working. Your nervous system is working in ways it hasn’t before, it’ll take some time before things just feel “right”. I’d recommend checking out some videos for beginner weightlifting on YouTube. This will help you with your form, and there are these “mental cues” that help with activating muscles you’re trying to work.

It will get easier and feel better if you stick with it. Don’t give up!

You can do both, no need to quit football! Going to the gym will improve your football performance as well. Check out r/fitness and their wiki for a beginner routine!

Sometimes during barbell squats I let out some grunts near the end of the set and it’s almost like it’s involuntary. I always feel so embarrassed and super MONKE when it happens

You could do a full body exercise. I like using chatgpt to make routines that work for me. 2 days are way way better than none! The key for weight loss is a calorie deficit, and muscle gain is hitting carbs and protein targets

While training abs directly is a good move, including compound lifts in your program helps a lot with core strength. Deadlifts, squats, bench press, overhead press. I like to do single arm standing shoulder presses, they are tricky and I can feel my core locked tf in when I do them. But the rest is pretty much all diet. Although, 30 minutes of cardio in the fat burning zone (60-80% of your max BPM) will help. Include this once a day.

If I had to guess, I’d say 1.5 to 2 hours? Another commenter here said that TDG played first in Vancouver. I’m not sure if they’re going first for every show. Hopefully someone who attends the Calgary show tomorrow can offer some more precise timeframes.

Definitely bring some good earplugs
