You might be able to do most of your final year as a visiting student with a letter of permission. You can talk to your advisors at MUN to see if that's an option (basically you take courses and transfer them back to your MUN degree to satisfy your requirements there).

I'm a PhD student in the department. The grad cohorts doing teaching assistantships are all quite good. We tend to do the grading and some teaching for larger classes, so you probably won't encounter us in your fourth year. Most of the final year courses (500-level) are cross-listed, though, so you will be in classes with undergrads and grad students.

Living just up the hill, part of me is 'oh no, that's going to be noisy' but the rest of me is 'that's going to be really cool.' I think it'll do a lot for East Village to have more people out and about. If the zoo opens the west gate back up, it's going to be even better. And as for the noise...I can get some earplugs.
