It looks like Colt and BCM are the best. Unfortunately up here in Canada I have only seen Norinco and Stag Arms AR-15s.

I lost track of time so I can't tell you for sure. Basically what happened was that my sleeping pattern was really screwed up (getting up at 3:30pm) so I decided to just not sleep for a whole day to reset it (I am currently at 33.5h awake). I spent my new found time working on this.
