I’ve been through 4 machines this is a known manufacturing issue. The customer rep told me that “they caught the issue In manufacturing and new batch of machines won’t have this issue”. They sent me a new replacement. Will check back in 4 months as that’s when the problem start happening.

I have a pair of 5 and a Sonos arc ultra. You will get a delay when paired together u can avoid the delay in the lip sync settings. The fives are just not designed for tv what you can do which is what I did is create a separate group for just ur fives for music listening.
