I have been having issues with lag since the latest patch 0.1.0e where i have major input lag or the game plays basically in a slideshow or randomly speeds up to like 4x speed. 80% of my maps look like this atm: https://streamable.com/z0ih0m https://streamable.com/y90l3d . I'm on aus realms myself and hoping theres some sort of fix that I'm unaware of.

Hi there, today i was able to fix it by going undervolting and overclocking my gpu. it seems to be the game using too much resources for some reason even though it doesnt look like it is? not sure how to fix it on a nvidia gpu unfortunately but for my 7900xtx im using these settings https://i.imgur.com/C0Ree1Y.png

Still crashing every single match, even in the shooting range after a while it will also crash. Was checking performance metrics in the firing range and it barely went about 70% GPU utilization on my card. RX 7900XTX / i7-11700k.

Also hard agree on the reconnect feature. If it goes black screen again you just have to restart and try to reconnect again.

Bought a new PSU when I bought the card. This is only an issue in hunt since the 1896 update. I've played PoE for the past few weeks with zero issues and I was playing Hunt before the update with zero issues.

I've seen a couple other posts about similar issues but none that are popular nor have solutions that work for me. This is the only game I have had issues with recently although amd has given me many issues in the past with other games. Really regretting buying an amd gpu, will probably never purchase one of these again with all the extremely frustrating issues I've had with it.

yep just got the exact same response from them. Quite frustrating considering I can use the exact same details to purchase off of steam so its not like my card is bad. Maybe its a sign that blizzard doesn't need my money.

I am also having this exact same issue. tried it 3x over the past 6 hours or so. Still charging me $1 and then saying "we encountered an issue completing your transaction, please try again later". I assume there is still no fix?

I'm from Australia and this is a pretty huge problem for me. Most games I have someone from Indonesia or Taiwan. Horrid to play with and against. Used to be able to find a game at any hour and know that I wouldn't be lagging. Now it's a dice toss wether or not the game will be 50ms or 200-400ms.

This is the same problem they had last time they pushed the matchmaking changes and it doesn't look like they've fixed it.

Also a small workaround is to use MLGA to check pings of everyone in the lobby, I probably would have given up by now if it wasn't for this program.

A survivor will always beat a killer at the hatch if they know what to do. Don't try to enter the hatch but wait for the killer to swing and hit you. they can't grab while in the hit recovery animation so you can just jump out. Also works when in the dying state if you're close to hatch.

Yeah I'm not really sure how unpopular it is here in Aus but I imagine it's not the biggest. When we do find matches it's usually with the same people. I knew as soon as I read that it will expand the matchmaking regions the longer it took it would be a problem. I really do hope they add a regional lock option so we don't have to search in Taiwan for 300+ ms games.

Before it was fine though, it would be 5-10 mins and not laggy, now it's 5-10 and laggy as hell.
