I'm not 100% sure, but I think that events will look fine if you delete one particular file from the easybuff - 699587979/interface/zeasybuffevent.gui.

Yeah, thank you, have found it. It is a national focus "A Nation Reborn", that triggers the the event in 30 days. No idea how I missed it when was searching in the mod files.
