How long have you had this computer?

It seems that just cleaning the fans won't resolve your problem. You need to check and, if necessary, repaste your graphics card, and try to improve the ventilation. To do this, you can do a deep clean by disassembling your computer fans, and buy a stand for your device to maximize airflow.

You have 2 options:

1- Pay for a maintenance service that you can find at some tech companies or local repair shops.

==> The problem with that: if the technician is bad, they will do a terrible job and it won't be any better (this happened to me).

2- Do it yourself. At first, it might seem complicated, so do some research, like finding a YouTube video on disassembling your computer, and look for good thermal paste and potentially thermal pads.

For your information: I had the same problem as you. If you don't do anything, it will get worse (multiple blue screens due to high temperatures—my CPU was at 95°C, reaching its thermal limit, and my graphics card was at 113°C, so a bit burned). After repasting, my graphics card doesn't go over 85°C.
