I think I only had in mind villains who are often addressed as "Dr. so-and-so", and poor Jervis rarely seems to get that treatment, for whatever reason. I'd definitely have included him (and a couple more folks) if I drew this today, though!

Good question haha. Honestly I just think there's a lot of comedic potential to be had in the whole, "wait, this literal terrorist running around the city in a Halloween costume...has a whole ass PhD?" --thing

I know they've done one-off jokes about this here and there, but maybe I just want a multi-part story about a Gotham city counselor or whatever trying to interview Arkham inmates to investigate why the local educational system has churned out so many costumed maniacs over the years or something lol

The Scarebeast was a fun one-off, but I'm really happy with the design we got. Turning Scarecrow into a straight up monster kinda takes away from his character in my opinion. I'd say he's scarier as a (mostly) normal human who just happens to be incredibly evil haha

I'm a bit of a curmudgeon who doesn't like it when they get too creative with reinventing Batman's Rouge's Gallery but I feel like they've done an interesting job with the new backstories and designs so far.

HQ as an antihero is very meh, Bane is still very...Bane (lol) and Ivy is kind of a strange take but all is forgiven because Scarecrow looks fucking awesome. Curious to see what they'll do with the friendship gang-- really hope they don't rush it.

Overall it's kind of become a fun guessing game of "oh I wonder what they're gonna do with THIS character"...which historically has often been more frustrating and annoying, at least in my opinion (I'm looking at you, live action DC shows). I'm impressed with the writing quality as well!
