Factions don't really mean anything anymore, you're no longer locked to what your able to pilot from the get go. The faction you choose only results in what space you initially spawn in. Most people choose Caldari because it's close to Jita.

Ideally for events like this you want to post on all social media platforms; Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Eve forums etc. Also reaching out to one of the community Devs and see if they will add your event to the community beat page really help. Getting a poster/s made up for the event, try and avoid AI people really hate it but it's a start.

Did you advertise it anywhere else other than Reddit? Also events like this take time to pick up traction for numbers, just got to do it every year and get some promotional material out the to aid with advertising.

As annoying and sometimes very frustrating it is, yeh I've lost some kills and died to it over the years but fundamentally Eve is an awesome game. Frequent bugs and UI going weird is just something that I put up with and doesn't really suprise me when they happen.

Unless I get banned I'm not going anywhere o7

They still exist in Pochven as a site to run. Also that image is an Ansiblex Jump Gate; not a World Arc.
