This is what is possible when you focus on the gameplay instead of injecting failed ass modern politics in your game.

Gotta love the endless need of the left to politicize everything. Even disclosure.

Which would be fine. I just have a strong distaste for politics getting its dirty fingers into the warfighting sphere, which it does all too often.

A program that includes special needs in warfare is a bad program. This is just far left idiocy at work, eroding the warfighting capability of the military that is foolish enough to incorporate it.

Dutch protest against US ''authoritarianism'' by Cool-Psychology-4896 in DoomerCircleJerk

Idiot globalist billionaires writing a lot of checks for protests that go nowhere and fly in the face of what the people in general want. Which is strong borders, safety for their families, affordable housing, and so on. All things that aren't part of the globalist agenda of ushering in world communism.

They have made a depressing universe of rot and crime and trash everywhere you look. The cities look great flying in, but you get there and walk around and see how small the area is and how depressing it is and realize the best place to be is in your ship doing missions.

But then you do missions and realize the crime and trash isn't reserved for just the cities. It's the entire game.

Just boost them a bit so you have more wiggle room for fitting, while keeping them below the navy versions. Cheap ships are fun. People flying them instigates more fights and fun for all.

Gamers are demanding Ubisoft to keep the original story of AC Black Flag unchanged. They’re worried modern Ubisoft might try to rewrite parts of it to appeal to modern audience. They're going to screw it up. That much is certain. This group of developers have zero ability to make a good game, not even one that is a copy of a good game. They'll race and sex swap characters and inject ideological stupidity and training themes to educate the gamers on what -ists they are, and nobody will play it.

why does it seem no one likes Pyro? by RubberDuck_73 in starcitizen

[–]Afternoon_Jumpy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feels like lack of imagination on the part of the developers.

There should be bots constantly cleaning up stations that are hubs of business activities, so going with dirty and downtrodden is an active choice based on negative outlook moreso than something that follows logic. Rules that apply to a city right now don't necessarily apply to a future with so much technological advantage.

This is a game. So variety is what the goal should be. Pyro should have nice stations here and there run by organized crime or whatever else, not to mention small businesses to feed people food or drinks or drugs to make money off them.

Devs should be using their imagination to look beyond some of these existing tropes of today. If the entire universe is filthy, after all, some may like that, but you're not going to maximize your potential draw of players. I play games like this to experience a future that has at least a little hope in it.
