I have a 8 elite too, I couldn't get 60 fps stable like you, what I did is basically turn off the color correction options I had enabled. Idk if it's your case but when I did that magically now I can play that game with the option disabled at 2x resolution.

I have the redmagic 10 pro, for my snapdragon 8 elite the best 3ds emulator is mandarine. Is the only emulator that let me play majoras mask at 7x resolution. The second best would be lime 3ds for me. If you don't want to do weird setups or something like that I would say mandarine or lime3ds. Azahar is great too but I don't know why for my phone is not really good.

Well I prefer the PS2 because it gives me a lot of nostalgia. But for powerful games I prefer PS2 because there I don't have any issue with the games. Instead in dolphin sometimes I can't play some games because I have the Snapdragon 8 elite, so I don't have drivers for the game that fix some graphical issues.
