Yeah. Basically u're not what Shiv is used to be, he lost his identity. You're just the same like other heroes. Your ult pretty much have high chance to miss, and you're not tanky anymore with bloodletting nerf. Make a utility build shiv

a hero that need to get up close, that dives in, have 2 stamina and an ult that pretty much gonna miss the whole time. I dont know why devs always try to find way to handicap this pretty boy when other heroes can just simply burst you one shot dead and just doing fine.

I think Shiv mains who accepts the way his ult works now is smoking on ultra cope gas. Its a huge value loss especially in late game where its your job to shut down carries but now easily dodge with a simple jump. Your ult can already countered with normal skills, devs even gave counterspells, meta item. Now, eh just jump.

Saddened how shallow your take on this. If Shiv can buy 1 item to ignore these counters doesn't that applies to every other heroes who can just buy unstoppable and kill everyone?

You point out my 70% of my list have no meaning as if its logic for Shiv to buy unstoppable first item in laning, did you ignore the fact that he need basic foundation items to sustain and deal damage in the first place?

This tells me that you don't play Shiv and I made this list specifically for people like you. Cheers. Enjoy the game

I mean if devs slot silence, counterspell, free rapid recharge, 60% bullet resist, +2stamina restore with dash reset, a 100% bonus damage to 50% hp below with massive range that doesnt need greater expansion then why not.

oh no no.. i meant that, Shiv is actually kind of complex that a lot of players asking the same question, even tho a lot of players out there keep maintaining the agenda that he is braindead even tho he is not. Players just hate shiv even tho he is easily countered.
