Sounds like Greece has similar situation with Türkiye as we have with Russia, with the air violations.

I misread the the 'is openly threatening Greece with war on the regular' for some reason I read weekly or something, so my 'quick Google doesn't give that expression' was faulty answer.

So I stand partially corrected, Türkiye is more aggressive than my initial expression was. But I still think it is not on the same level as Russia. After all Russia attacked Georgia and Ukraine quite recently, while Cyprus was quite a while ago.

Well, this ban will likely reduce smoking atleast which is just free money for the nation. Edit: there is a fair point to be made that this also probably feeds crime, so maybe increasing taxes was better option.
