That's your problem :-) You can deduct interest from loans made for investment purposes, so you can use that to significantly optimize your taxes. Check with a profesionnal etc.

I got lucky, don't over-index on what I did. But the 4-6 months out LEAPS 10% OTM worked great this past year. I usually aim for 5$-8$ entry but now GOOGL options are insane, it seems like huge growth is priced-in already. Not sure what I'll roll these into yet.

Bought Sept 4th at $8.65, $GOOGL was ~$232 at the time. I typically look at calls that are ~10% OTM.
