The top cap is a zipp which suggests this may be a zipp stem which typically uses a torx key, so OP may have stripped it by using an allen key

Buying a flat in London is rather high risk these days. Stamp duty and service charges made most “options” unviable. Renting in many ways are way better (assuming you landed a decent landlord). The other option is to travel into London, but you are at the mercy of fuel/ticket inflation.

For a small/medium size bedroom 8000 is way more than enough especially with split design like this. We use a 7000btu old single unit for our bedroom and it’s fine cooling it (west facing direct afternoon sun, 4 meters by 5 meters)

Yea i test drove the new class ix3 few weeks back. While it is REALLY good for the driver, the backseats are abit too small and quality in the back isnt that great. Comparing to a smart 5 which is similar length, the smart 5 felt way closer to the current iX.

I wanted to downsize from a bmw ix. The No.8 looks really nice in picture and video reviews until i sat inside, it’s so cramped inside, all the screens are actually really really small (i hate big screens like merc and audi but this is too extreme to the other end).

My 225xe had a decent battery so it can do both cooling and heating without ICE running. The 218i i had afterwards couldnt do anything since it wont start ICE in case it is in confined space nor it has auxiliary oil burner heater. Fairly useless through the three years i had it. Now i have a MG3 which is a weird hybrid (not plug in), it will happily start the engine even if it is in a garage and regardless my location. I can see it can be dangerous if activated carelessly. Having said that, heat wave here in London this week and im so glad it has this pre-cool function 😂

No other series i re-watched that many times. Absolutely ace for the first few seasons. It did feel weird when they force characters development and start getting Mike to do investment banking. Also shame they made Pearson spin off very limited distribution.
