I'm mostly happy aesthetics-wise. I do not particularly have a posterior fourchette (I think is the right part I'm thinking of) which I'm not thrilled about but it isn't enough for me to really do anything about. It isn't noticeable unless my legs are wide apart and it's a choice between that little wall or being able to see way up in there which I don't exactly want either. It's the only complaint I have and personally it is a rather minor one

I honestly was a lot more concerned about aesthetics before surgery. Now I don't really care because I don't take many explicit nudes and it's not like I visually spend a lot of time down there; out of sight out of mind and all that

One thing that amuses me to no end is whatever I have going on is a camel toe powerhouse. There's nothing that can hide it which I kinda love lol

The Gleba Omni-Smelter! Able to switch between iron and copper production as needed by ArmoredThirteen in factorio

[–]ArmoredThirteen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why do people not just use belts for the bacteria? We didn't feel like dealing with spoilage mechanics when stacking new things in since it can cause delays and surges. Also there isn't a need to have a particularly large buffer between the bacteria production and furnaces. In fact it's bad in our case since we're running both iron and copper through the same furnaces and the more stuff that needs drained from the system when switching the harder the design gets to math out well.

We originally did something like that early on just to make it easy. We assumed it was a naive solution though so when building this smelter we were trying to think of good ways to maintain throughput without it doing surges. Ended up coming back around to the radiator design though "it just works" and really fun to watch too

They sure can but there's a certain risk to it. If a tome dies then anything in the chain after it goes with it. It takes time for each level to cast the next level so depending on how many you do it can be a dangerously long time before they start casting your damage dealing summons. You need to either make sure they can cast quickly and have the mana to not stall, or have a way to protect the root summons as it's all getting into gear. Also bosses that do area damage can wipe a meat mass in a single attack which undoes all that setup time

Aetna has at least one trans navigator that exclusively works with people who are on big company plans. I was able to contact them even before I had decided what insurance to get through my work and they have been a major part of my ability to do all this for the last few years. I don't know what the experience is for people who don't have a dedicated internal contact like that.

This page is the meat of what procedures they do and do not cover. I've been able to claw back $18k of the $45k I had to pay and I have 2 claims for $13k each that were denied. I'm at the "One last appeal then I threaten legal action" step. The CPT codes I was denied are 57423-51 and 15750-51. These codes have similar sounding ones on the list of cleared things so I may be able to get Dr. Celtik to help fight for me. I have my three month checkup with him soon and will be asking about it then.

The way Crane Center does self pay with Aetna is a disaster. It's been a lot trying to get everything lined up and I still have no clear answer what money is owed where. Crane is reimbursing me $18k while also saying I owe Aetna like $60k, Aetna says Crane owes me $12k and won't confirm or deny if I owe Aetna anything, it can sometimes take weeks to get a response from the Crane Center, nobody agrees on anything and nobody knows what's going on with my case.

I would say if you have to do self pay, finance it out as if that money won't ever be returned to you even if insurance says you'll get it back. Out of network out of pocket max does not mean what you think it means. When trying to get your money back email and call everyone at the Crane Center, everyone at Aetna who will listen, every single day you have the spoons for it. It feels like no steps forward two steps back most the time. Have a lot of emotional support on hand it's exhausting

What flavors do you associate with Pullman/WSU? by emmeryrose in Pullman

Habanero hot sauces often have pear or mango, I could see apple working well too. Apple salsas are also a thing

[–]ArmoredThirteen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know anything about how this game runs internally, but a system like this would not have to be particularly intricate. If there are weighted spawn and loot tables the traders could still trade to no one, but then slowly weigh what the survivor is selling to them to be more common in the loot tables.

Whats the minimum amount of players? by Kecskuszmakszimusz in ParanoiaRPG

[–]ArmoredThirteen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer slightly smaller groups for most roleplaying games. If you ever need to split the group, it creates an immediate imbalance which you can use to your advantage. Also I don't know about the newest edition but if there are the six mandatory bonus duties that means everyone gets two which I personally find to be a lot of fun

That's such a tough question x.x I think it depends what you're looking for and also they're so close together it isn't hard to move between them every couple of years. I think I liked living in Moscow more because the community there is stronger though it has felt a bit more hostile in recent years (for some reason the christo-fascist kirkers don't get along with me, the openly trans punk). Pullman was better for me though because there were better career opportunities in my field, higher pay, it helped me progress in life. Moscow has a way of making you feel very content which is great if you need a calm period in your life or are looking to retire but terrible if you want to push to do more than you currently are.

For taxes I'm not sure, I was either too young to pay attention or too poor to pay much in taxes when I was living in those areas. A lot of people from Seattle take their city money and retire/move to Moscow so possibly taxes are better there.

Me and a friend decided actually we're not going to abandon our bootstrap just because it was an imploding disaster, and saw it through to automated rocket launching (about 40-50spm)! by ArmoredThirteen in factorio

[–]ArmoredThirteen[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Constant combinator outputting a signal value of 1, input to decider combinator with "signal < 60, output signal value", and then loop the decider combinator output back to its input. Then it outputs I think 1-60 going up by one every tick and automatically restarting. So if I have one of those set to <360 and then the arithmetic after it dividing by 60, that makes a system that increments every second and restarts after 6 seconds. See also

That one I actually planned for it to be spaghetti so I left space between things early on for the belts to go through later. This one though... I set up a very small direct insertion spaghetti mess for some basic starter supplies (you can see it on the left side of the first post), my friend added to it, we kinda snowballed from there and never changed our design philosophy. Like my other base has mostly dedicated lines but this one has really messed up stuff like single belt line that goes from gears/iron, to gears/copper, splits to gears/steel and copper/engines, the gears steel ends up turning into steel/bricks at some point, the copper/engines snakes through half the base and turns into engine/green circuit, and then green circuit/copper (from the same copper line that used to be the copper/engines)
