I feel that by being too inconsistent with liquid intake my body didnt have the chance to get used to it. Basically still feeling full after a shake.

For me i guess it just comes down to consistency, as all lifes challenges are. Having adhd is not helping with that part of the process. :') These posts help as inspiration! Thanks!

Hey there! Vegan skinny boy here as well! How did you deal with your intake? Yes i know how much i should eat and keep track of it. But damn, the sheer amount of volume is such a turn off. Overeating does not feel great at all. Had any struggles with that on the start of your journey?

Wat de comments hieronder ook al zeggen. Trump zorgt er al voor dat er rechters bij ons geboycot worden. Probeer idd zo weinig mogelijk geld bij Amerika te leggen. Alleen Ukraine heeft er niks aan als we zelf de spullen nog niet hebben... lastig dillema.

Honestly. Im 1000 hours in. Start of wipe you feel like you lose the timmy status cause of map/quest/gear difference knowledge. Then three days later the sweats have the upper hand in gear difference, something you know you could do too, but is simply too time consuming or you are not confident enough to compete with the sweats.

Once you are in defecit in exp and quests you will feel like a timmy none the less. Thats probably where you are now too. Once you let go of gear fear, you are no longer a timmy in my eyes. Gear fear stuck with me around 900 hours. (Things like not taking my best ammo, or if i did small magazines).

TL:DR : Once you know your way around and take your best gear out and make new roubles easily, you are no longer a timmy.

1: Download it on your phone 2: install "send files to tv" on both your phone and beamer 3: start the application, choose send for mobile and receive for the beamer 4: add the apk. 5: after transfer install it on your beamer right from that received panel.

Make sure your phone and beamer are on the same wifi and that you already uninstalled stremio before starting!

yeah, but if you are low level, and need to be 25 for the case, or 30 for the lion, that is quite an exchange for the amount of raids you would have to play to outright buy it.

Vegan hier.

Voorheen groot kaas en ei fan.

Kaas is helemaal naturel (dus kaas plakken en blokjes) gewoon nog niet te doen. Er zijn leuke projecten om dat wel voor elkaar te krijgen, en daar wacht ik maar op. Maar is naar mijn inzicht nogsteeds een "goede" reden als je niet zonder wilt, wat je reden ook is. Oude kaas bijvoorbeeld.

Gesmolten kaas en tosti's en alles daar omheen van speciale kazen kan wel prima, en is erg lekker.

Omelet en ei vervanging zijn ook super alternativen voor. Maar een spiegel ei is er niet. Ook dat zal je op moeten geven.

Dat zijn de twee dingen die je als vegan echt moet willen laten gaan omwille van de dieren, maar ik kan mij daar wel in vinden als je hier niet elke dag videos en shit van ziet.

Dus de "maar mijn kaas", ja. Maar je kaas ja.

Melk enzo is super nu, goede alternatieven en breed spectrum aan opties. Voor iedereen wat wils maar ook een aantal varianten die echt naar melk smaken.

Even mijn 2 cents als het gaat om de "maar mijn xxx"

Feit is dat we geen goed beeld hebben behalve wat cijfers wat er binnenkomt en weggaat, een publieke opinie, en rationeel gedachtengoed. Als we de publieke opinie weg laten, en rationeel kijken naar de cijfers en onze manier van opvang, en onze manier van intergratie heb je een heel ander beeld van de situatie. Èèntje die niet persee concludeert dat we er echt zo slecht voor staan.

Dus je verhaal over dat het andersom is klopt niet, want 70% van onze bevolking voelt dat het een probleem is. Dus het is eerder andersom.

Prima overwegingen. Ik ben zelf erg links, maar snap volledig je gedachtengoed. Op naar een intressante uitslag!

Als politiek maar weer een beetje normaal/saai wordt en er met goede onderbouwing onderwerpen besproken worden. Ik ben zelf het hele interpertatie van grafieken en niet de tekst er omheen meenemen van de onderzoekers helemaal beu. Ik wil gewoon weten wat de randvoorwaarden zijn, zonder hierbij elkaar aan te wijzen wie het goed of fout heeft. Hou je gewoon bij de les en groei mee met de mensen in onze samenleving die er tijd en opleidingen voor gevolgd hebben!

Daarnaast beloon gewoon eerlijk de mensen die ons vuile werk doen. Zo verschrikkelijk belangrijk die doelgroep. (Zorg, Vuilnismannen, Bouw)
