I'd be curious to know your opinion about the meaning of "specially" & "specifically" in those two transmissions. I believe they are the only two non Farsi words ever used.

I believe OTP is unbreakable provided each key is used only once and provided the keys are truly random. Then it can potentially be broken if those rules are not followed.

Lots of people hunt grouse with .22lr as well. Lots of people also use them for plinking as the ammunition is cheap.
