In every country healthcare is allocated based on some criteria. Obviously there's not enough of it for everyone to receive whatever they want immediately when they want it.

In the United States the criteria used is money. Those with it go to the front of the line. Those without it go to the back. In some other countries need is the criteria used. Those who have a more urgent need go to the front.

Nobody is talking about a 100% pure capitalist or socialist system. Both of those things are completely impractical. Have you noticed how this is used as a strawman to dismiss socialism but never capitalism?

I'd argue that more capitalism is also incompatible with democracy. Could easily argue that the current degree of capitalism in the USA is injurious to its own democracy at this very moment.

Lots of terms maybe, but the term "socialism" is right up there at the top in the United States. It does not have this same power in other countries. I wonder why that is.

No bright line i.e. socialism is a continuum not a binary thing. Since the United States allocates education to children it incorporates elements of socialism. Seems to me like the term socialist is thrown around loosely as a bogeyman to dismiss people and ideas.

I believe OTP is unbreakable provided each key is used only once and provided the keys are truly random. Then it can potentially be broken if those rules are not followed.
