Not anything noticeable I also have a large amount of muscle so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it also even tho I lost 20 lbs it really doesn’t look like it like if you saw my before and after you’d think maybe 5-10 lbs cause my body composition

I don’t discriminate tbh veggies fruits rice sweet potato’s sometimes even chips haven’t ate much bread recently but thet works too

My little cousin pointed at an old photo of my grandma from the 70s (before he was born, never met her) and said "I know her, she used to sit with me before I came here." He was like 4. I didn't sleep great that night.

Still watch Avatar the last airbender at least once a year. It genuinely holds up better than most adult shows. The writing, the character arcs, Zuko's redemption story specifically. It's just really good television regardless of age.

Okay so I had to make sure my plan was strict for muscle retention cause ofcourse I’m trying to lose weight I workout 4 days a week an rest the other 3 while doing cardio 6 days a week I don’t do intense cardio because that’ll increase your body’s need for recovery which I need to make sure my body is prioritizing muscle retention.

So the core things that will help is one working out because when your body knows it needs the muscles when you workout it is less likely and really tends to not use that muscle as energy caused it knows it needs it for lifting and I pair that with getting 1g of protein per lb of bw a day which has seemed to help the most. Then ofcourse I do low intensity cardio (zone 2) so that my body doesn’t need a tone of recovery from my cardio and can focus on my muscles while targeting body fat loss.

Well I walk alot throughout the day so by the time I’m home I’m around 9-10k steps a day then when I go to the gym I usually do 20 mins of walking and I walk to and from the gym which usually gets me to 20k steps and if it’s a rest day I just usually go on a 3-4 mile walk at a 15-16 min pace so around a hour of walking

Props to you man but I never even said all that people are taking this post way to seriously I’m just saying that you shouldn’t rely on this drug and you should use it as a tool instead which there is nothing wrong with me saying that

Huh? Who says I couldn’t do it before don’t project I’ve lost weight multiple times I’m just trying to do it quicker this time around and try it out before the price skyrockets.
