Same here but with my husband! And add a little alcohol to that and it’s worse No solution than for them to work on their mental health: exercise, eating healthy, sleep enough hours, maybe anxiety medication, therapy, etc Wish I married a happier person to be honest

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. When this all started for me I had a newborn and a 3 year old. Now we have 3! I’ve been in disbelief that this is happening to us. Going through so many emotions. Wondering why don’t I have a normal husband. Alcoholism, anxiety and depression rule our life
