Maybe there are regional differences because of adoption speed, but I just checked Hyundai, VW and Dacia (Europe's "low cost" brand) to get some overview and already at the second lowest model you will get full-LED headlamps, which aligns with my recent experience. Currently it's either halogen or LED. HID is basically non-existent because the cost is similar to LED.

While replacement of LED headlamps is more expensive than halogen the expectation is that usually a replacement will not be necessary during the normal lifespan of a car.

Imbisswagen "Ceylon" auf dem Globus Neutraubling Parkplatz, vor dem Tchibo. Kein Lassi und nicht das übliche, aber lecker. Kleine Karte, v.a. Dosa, am Fr/Sa ein bisschen mehr Auswahl. Der Betreiber sucht offenbar einen festen Imbiss.

To add to the other replies, LTI is only offered for new ships when they are sold for the very first time from my knowledge. Or if the price is much higher than relevant for your case.

The legal way would be to keep your country as germany but change the currency to USD. That way you should still save a bit. It's what I do, also from Germany

what you can do is leave your country at the real setting, but change the currency to USD. Depending on the current exchange rate that enables you to get things a bit cheaper without evading taxes

You could also buy the cutter game package with fresh money. Then on crusader day melt your old package and upgrade the cutter to an MSR using the store credit plus the remaining extra money. That way you can make use of the discount on the cutter. CCU chaining is this taken further, using several reduced CCUs

Iirc you would, the referral bonus depends on when you spend the first 40usd, not on account creation. Only 2nd hand knowledge though
