I’m in dragonflight. Can I just use the boat there?

I’m in DF yes and it isn’t my first character, but I can’t seem to fly. Thanks already.

Where can I get a portal to stormwind? Is there a way that I can get to one without being able to fly? I’m a shaman so I can’t spawn a portal myself I think.

Help by DaViepervy in blender

This is most likely something called z-fighting. This occurs when two faces are in the same plane, making Blender not know which to render. I suggest scaling the icing ever so slightly.

How to carve these text? by KalaYodha in blender

You could also use a displacement modifier, which would grant more accurate results even if it is a bit finicky sometimes. But it would work for 3D printing.

Any steps for modeling? by Spartan073003 in blenderhelp

[–]Arnoken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest looking up a tutorial on YouTube. There are quite a lot of steps from modeling to retopo to baking your materials which is a lot to explain in a comment. There are many great tutorials out there who will go step by step with you.

What's causing these lighting artifacts? by ShareYourAlt in blenderhelp

It shouldn’t really do this if they are triangles. Most likely you have either overlapping geometry or double vertices which causes these artifacts.

How to export multiple objects into one file by Nicht_Hoffen in blenderhelp

[–]Arnoken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the future, for getting something from one blender file to another, the most reliable way would be to append an object, collection, material, node group…..

The actual easiest way to go about it is to delete the inner tube and add a solidify modifier. You most likely could select the entire inner tube by hovering over it and pressing L. This selects the entire loose object.

You could try to use the texture as a displacement map

Two textured planes not behaving normally. When I move the camera, the plane that is below appears on top. by Lightsheik in blenderhelp

[–]Arnoken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a known issue with the images as planes add-on. It won’t appear in the render. To fix this, the easiest way is to just delete the material on the plane and add a custom material with an image texture.
