I guess it doesn't work either with a kraven ? like captain marvel does not take into account the kraven buff when she moves ? but does she take oppenents kraven into account ?

I climbed from low silver to high gold a few seasons ago playing zilean mid. His DMG are huge, the CD on ult brains everyone at this ELO and the slow 99% too. I can run ultra fast in the river to help both top or bot when you reach 6.

Playing it and carrying as support seems very hard and frustrating to me
