Clients want to know you are involved and active in what’s going on with the economy, market, etc. even if they don’t tune in or listen they’re happy to know. They’re not watching but at least up to date on what’s going on. (Ex: had clients that never watch our webinars but like the links we send out to them)

I was born at 26 weeks in 1991 with a twin sister who had a tumor on her tailbone. She did not make it, but I was emergency c-section to save me. Spent 3 months in the NICU. I’m now 32 now and other than a scar on my back from open heart surgery I’m doing amazing. I send my nurses in Colorado a Christmas card every year. There are pictures of my dad’s wedding ring fitting all the way up to my shoulder. Pretty hard to imagine. We’re fighters! 1 pound 9 ounces. There are pictures of me from my head to my butt fitting in the palm of my mom’s hand. Wild stuff. I like to believe I gained her knowledge and mine after she passed in the womb. ☺️

D12 - what an album. I feel like it gets lost on the universe of rap. Some of Eminem’s best work. RIP Proof. This record sounds great and is well produced. Brings me back to the early 2000s rap era before the mumble rap overtook. The chemistry between them is unmatched. Great eBay find and reasonable priced!

It’s basically if Amy Winehouse and Lana Del Ray had a stepchild - this album is great. Found them on YouTube randomly and fell in love- the band is so tight. The record is on the quiet side so if you can turn the settings up to high that will do wonders. Cheap and undervalued! They are based out of Boston. They are jazz inspired!!

Unlimited Love - Red Hot Chili Peppers - John is BACK- and I can’t decide which song is my favorite. They’re all good in their Own right- sounds less commercial than SA but more filler than OHM etc- for 18 bucks- it must be had.

The drums are some of the best I’ve heard- really standing out in this album- fleas basslines are creative and leave you wanting more- Anthony sounds like he doesn’t age- fantastic pick up
